Cellar Lane Culinary Raschala

Culinary delights, history, and wine – right in the heart of one of the most legendary wine cellars in the Weinviertel region.
Immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of the Pinkelstein wine cellar – in 2026, Pinkelstein will celebrate its 50th anniversary!
Six of the best chefs from the Weinviertel will create a 6-course menu, served in historic pressing houses and cellars. Each course will be served directly in the next wine cellar – culinary hiking included. The wine pairings will be provided by the local winemakers themselves, with plenty of time for conversations, anecdotes, and a glass or two of wine. A live band will provide musical ambiance between the cellars.

Parking is available at the beginning of the wine cellar lane in front of the chapel.
The meeting point is directly in the wine cellar lane at the Radlerrast next to Pinkelstein.
Dining will take place directly in the wine cellar lane, with each course served in front of a different cellar. In case of bad weather, the event will take place directly in the cellars.

The 6 courses will be prepared and served by 6 different chefs for you.
The menu creations will be accompanied by delicious wines from our Weinviertel winemakers. The participating restaurants and wineries will be confirmed by spring 2026 at the latest.
A vegetarian menu can also be chosen (please indicate this directly when booking).
