For over five decades, Peter Cornelius has been one of the most successful singer-songwriters in the German-speaking world. Many of his songs have long become part of the common repertoire – classics like "Reif für die Insel," "Segel im Wind," and of course "Du entschuldige i kenn di." The frontman, singer-songwriter, and lead guitarist Peter Cornelius, known for his heartfelt ballads and uptempo songs with profound lyrics, and also loved for his virtuosic guitar playing, will celebrate his 75th birthday in 2026 with a major tour. Joining him on stage will be his band, featuring bass, drums, and keyboards.
