Alb-Guide Tour: Herb Walk around the Gönninger Lakes

In the picturesque recreational area shaped by tuff stone extraction, we stroll leisurely through the region of the Gönninger Lakes, all the way up to an old former mill. Along the way, we discover various wild herbs that can be used for medicinal and/or culinary purposes, or are simply interesting. You may hear some stories that have been passed down about these plants. Perhaps you also have some knowledge to share. The possibilities for their use are often diverse, but confusion should be avoided. There is also much to discuss along the way about the seed trade and tuff stone extraction, both of which have shaped the history of Gönningen.
