Eva Moreno Trio

Eva Moreno is an Austrian-Venezuelan artist who lives and works in Vienna. At just 13 years old, she was the frontwoman in various music projects. Her latest project is the Eva Moreno Trio, featuring Viennese double bassist Joschi Schneeberger and German guitarist Jörg Seidel. In addition, Eva Moreno has provided vocals for the music of various commercials, including for Radio Gong 96.3 (Munich), Zipfer Beer, and Wiener Zucker. Eva Moreno holds two university degrees in jazz singing and music education for voice and instruments, and she has been awarded multiple times for her work as a young artist.

Joschi Schneeberger is one of the most sought-after and skilled bassists in the Austrian jazz scene. He began his musical career in 1982 as a self-taught musician in the ensemble of Zipflo Weinrich, which he was part of until 1990. This ensemble was the first and at that time the only Gypsy Swing band in Austria, primarily consisting of Sinti musicians. With the Joschi Schneeberger Quintet, he significantly shaped the Austrian jazz scene for many years. On June 12, 2025, he received the Golden Honorary Badge for services to the Republic of Austria. International performances have taken him to numerous European countries, as well as to Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Mexico, and Russia.

Jörg Seidel is a sought-after lecturer for both guitar and vocals. He works as a lecturer at the jazz school in Bremen and gives masterclasses at various conservatories, music schools, and for independent organizations (including in Vienna, Klagenfurt, Plochingen, and Aidlingen). Jörg Seidel's musical roots lie in the music of Django Reinhardt. It was the music of the Sinti, the pulsating swing of acoustic and European-influenced jazz music, that inspired Seidel and early on connected him with the major representatives of the German scene. Over the years, he has played and collaborated with numerous fantastic musicians.
