Winter Experience Hollersbachtal

The snowshoe hike starts at the parking lot at the entrance to the Hollersbach Valley. After putting on the snowshoes, the hike initially follows the path along the Hollersbach reservoir before branching off into the forest. Clearings provide glimpses into the snow-covered Hollersbach and Salzach valleys. Following old and hidden paths, the tour reaches the Sahnealm inn after about 1.5 to 2 hours, where a short break can be taken. The return journey is along a well-maintained road, which offers views towards Hollersbach and the Salzach Valley. Meeting point: Every Wednesday (31.12.25-01.04.26) at 10:30 AM, parking lot at the entrance to Hollersbach Valley, 5731 Hollersbach (N/S 47.26758; W/O 12.41441). Costs: Adults 22 Euros. Children and teenagers (10-16 years) accompanied by their parents are free. Free with guest card or National Park WinterCard!
