Belchen summit circular trail with the Black Forest Association Görwihl

An exciting hike to Belchen with spectacular views and panoramic vistas. We start our tour at the Belchenbahn valley station and begin the ascent towards Krinne. From there, the trail continues along the north side of Belchen to the varied summit circular trail before we finally reach the highest point of Belchen. Once at the top, you will be rewarded with a spectacular panoramic view: the Münster and Rhine valleys spread out at your feet, while the Vosges and the majestic Alps are visible in the distance. The route on the north side offers magnificent views and whets your appetite for ever-changing perspectives, while the return route on the south side leads back to the valley station along the Belchenhaus. Along the way, you can enjoy the diversity of the Black Forest landscape in all its beauty – from dense forests and flower-filled meadows to steep rock formations. Sturdy shoes are essential for this hike, as is a certain level of fitness. At the summit, we invite you to take a leisurely break: enjoy your snack from your backpack while you take in the impressive view in peace.
