Our city guide Barbara Liche takes us over the northern heights of Sigmaringen, offering a wonderful view of Hohenzollern Castle. You will learn, among other things, what a Prussian major has to do with a roe deer, how an orphanage becomes a modern social service company, and how a Breton stone house ends up on Brenzkofer Mountain. The tour, which lasts about 2 hours, leads over Mühlberg to the House of Nazareth. You will then pass the war memorial to reach the Cross of the East, another viewpoint over Sigmaringen with its distinctive memorial stone. Good footwear is recommended!
