Art promenade

The Art Promenade in Schwetzingen transforms the city center into an open gallery featuring art, music, and light installations. Visitors can experience painting, sculptures, photography, and live music in a festive Advent atmosphere. During the Art Promenade, Schwetzingen becomes a large open-air gallery: shops, museums, churches, and cultural institutions open their doors to showcase works of art in painting, sculpture, photography, and installations. Amidst glowing light installations and musical performances, visitors can experience the city as a vibrant cultural space, meet artists, and enjoy special openings or live sessions. Free guided tours titled "Art in Public Space" complete the experience and make art visible in everyday urban life.
