A row of impressive half-timbered houses and winding, steep alleys still convey the image of a medieval town today. Winding, cobbled alleys lined with more than 200 listed half-timbered houses from the late 17th century – the town of Calw has retained its medieval appearance to this day. Destroyed by numerous fires, the town was always rebuilt on its 13th and 14th century foundations. As a result, Calw still exudes a very special charm that can be felt and experienced on a guided tour through the picturesque half-timbered backdrop. **No registration is required!**
