It was to be a fateful day when Uncle Erwin finally granted his nephew Toni Bartl access to the sacred halls of his treasures, which he had hoarded for decades, after much pleading. Right away, Toni's musical inventive spirit was awakened, and he ultimately left his uncle's premises with a trailer full of raw materials to embark on the construction of numerous alternative musical instruments. In skilled craftsmanship and countless hours, Toni Bartl transformed Uncle Erwin's old junk into creative one-of-a-kind instruments. All in all, "hauNIXweg" became a creative and very entertaining stage spectacle, in which Toni Bartl demonstrates how sustainability can be achieved despite an immense material struggle. The pure material value of his more than twenty recycling instruments hardly exceeds fifty euros.
