It's going to be wild again!
As every year, it will be wild again in May at our wine castle. The Weinschloss kitchen, led by Werner Gschiel, Johannes Neumann, and Michaela Thaller, will once again conjure up the best from the forest, fields, and meadows onto the plates. You can look forward to specially hunted game dishes from "Old Winemaker" Koarl and his hunting colleagues. This special 7-course menu will be complemented by selected wines from the winemaker siblings Katharina and Karl G.
We look forward to a delightful gathering at our wine castle!
