Creative Course: Making Body Oils from Healing Plants

Did you know that in addition to St. John's wort, you can also make effective oils from other medicinal herbs? No? Then come to this course and learn how to make body oil based on powerful healing plants.

In this course, you will learn the essential techniques for producing herbal macerates. Anyone can steep plant parts in oil, but how do I create a truly potent macerate that is thoroughly saturated with active ingredients?

We will also discuss a selection of medicinal plants that are suitable for making body oil, their healing properties, and how you can use the body oil. In this context, we will get to know compositions of natural essential oils that complement and enhance the effects of the medicinal plants through synergy.

In the course, we will create a body oil that smells wonderful, heals, and brings joy.

There will be a nice tea break at noon with herbal tea from Schloss Hirschgarten (please bring your own bread for the break).
