The focus of a walk through the grounds of Hirsau Monastery is on the Peasants' Wars of the 16th century and the way of life of people in the Middle Ages. What were the triggers for these wars, which spread across half of Europe? What were their goals? The German Peasants' War, which broke out in 1524, will also be addressed.
