Schömberger Wild Herb Days 2026

Spread over two weekends in May, a diverse program is organized each year by the Black Forest guides and herbal experts. Look forward to exciting plant identification, delicious snacks, and various cooking activities, as Schömberg's forests and meadows have a lot to offer in terms of culinary delights. Participants can acquire extensive knowledge about the world of wild herbs through several hikes and a lecture. Everything is included, from botanical knowledge for the safe identification of herbs to the healing powers of plants and their uses. Small tastings provide a preview of the many ways wild herbs can be used. To ensure that the knowledge gained can be applied directly, there are also joint foraging and cooking activities. Interested individuals can order the entire program for free from the Touristik & Kur Schömberg.
