During the historical city tour through the center of Münsingen, the rich history of the town comes to life. The rich history of Münsingen is brought to life on this walk. Why was the current city area already of interest to the Romans? The castle of the city lords was located outside the city walls but still protected the town. Münsingen at the center of history: the signing of the Münsingen Treaty laid the foundation for the present state of Baden-Württemberg. Once seven inns were located at the marketplace – were people really that thirsty back then? Through the market fountain and the church, one reaches the city museum, which features a dedicated exhibition on the "Münsinger Treaty."
