Summer festival at the ox barn

Sociability and "Skier Stew" TRADITION: The Ski Club Sasbachwalden invites you to the popular summer festival at Ochsenstall on August 2nd and would be very pleased to see a lively interest from the public again. The ski hut at Ochsenstall can be reached on foot from "Unterstmatt" in about 20 to 30 minutes. Visitors are asked to use the hiking trails to Ochsenstall from the bus stop Kaltenbrunnen B500 or the dust-free hiking path from Unterstmatt. There is also a "shuttle service for people with disabilities." Departures will take place from 11 a.m. as needed at the ticket booth of the Unterstmatt ski lift. It is wonderfully comfortable here even in warmer temperatures under the sun umbrellas or in the shade of a porch. The popular summer festival is particularly distinguished by its incomparable atmosphere in the midst of nature. The active members of the club take care of the guests' culinary needs in their tried-and-true manner. By lunchtime, the already legendary "Skier Stew" is simmering on the stoves. It is so popular that many guests come back every year just for it. Of course, there will also be delicious grilled items as well as coffee and homemade cake specialties, with the Black Forest cherry cake being a must. To quench your thirst, there will be freshly tapped draft beer, wine, and sparkling wine from Alde Gott.
