With her new album AMISTAD, set to be released in January 2026, the Carinthian guitarist, singer, and composer Julia Malischnig opens a musical window to the south. Her journey leads to the colors of Latin America, the elegance of Spanish music, and contemporary soundscapes – always underpinned by the idea of friendship and artistic dialogue. For this special concert, she brings an ensemble of renowned musicians to the Wirtstadl: Klaus Paier (accordion), Wolfgang Puschnig (flute & saxophone), Asja Valcic (cello), Cecilio Perera (guitar), Klaus Lippitsch (percussion), Stefan Gfrerrer (bass), and Marina Razumovskja (castanets & dance). Together, they create a vibrant musical panorama – from virtuosic guitar duets to passionate rhythms and delicate chamber music moments.
