The season finale of möllton 2026 offers a truly special experience: a high-class jazz concert combined with a cozy brunch. In this concert, the warm, swinging voice of Scottish singer Fiona Fergusson, who has recently moved to Austria, meets a trio that has long held a fixed place in the European jazz scene: Klemens Marktl – The Art of Trio. The trio, led by the top drummer from Carinthia, Klemens Marktl, combines precise interplay with improvisational openness. Alongside him are Slovenian pianist Gregor Ftičar, one of the outstanding jazz musicians from his country, and Carinthian bassist Philipp Zarfl. The three musicians represent a modern, swinging trio sound that ranges from the Oscar Peterson legacy to lyrical ballads and distinctive original compositions. Fiona Fergusson has been at home on European stages since her youth. Her training took her to Lisbon, Hamburg, and Bavaria, and her musical language combines stylistic openness with unmistakable expressiveness. Together with the trio, she dedicates herself to jazz and Latin standards from the Great American Songbook – finely arranged, vividly interpreted, and carried by a palpable musical connection.
