The town hall along with the city key is seized to have the upper hand in merriment for a week. Every year, the Hornberg Carnival Society comes up with a new Fasnet play and performs it together with the mayor in the Bear Square in front of the town hall. Afterwards, as a sign that the fools now govern in Hornberg, the flags are raised. A tradition that you definitely shouldn't miss!
