Terra Madre Gourmet Market

The Slow Food Convivium Lake Constance invites you to the winter gourmet market once again. The occasion is the Terra Madre Day, an annual celebration in which the international Slow Food movement honors the diversity of regional foods and the right of all people to good, clean, and fair food. Under the old chestnut trees and in the historic brewery hall from 1901, market guests can enjoy a variety of delights from the Lake Constance region by the warmth of the fire and to live handmade music. Visitors can engage in cozy, family-friendly conversations with producers from agriculture, artisanal processing, and gastronomy. There will be plenty to taste and delicacies for your shopping basket that will also bring joy at Christmas. If anyone feels chilly despite a warm dinner and hot punch, they can warm up by the fire or enjoy the atmosphere in the hall with a view outside. Good entertainment will be provided by the dialect stories of "Mäni" Keller and the atmospheric performance of the Lippertsreut Alphorn players.
