Urjoyful – because being grumpy doesn’t make you happier.
Reinhard Nowak has decided to be urjoyful from now on. Why? Because he has realized that he has arrived in the last third of his life, whether he likes it or not – and he no longer wants to spend the remaining time merely grumpy on the stage of life. Because it doesn’t help to be in a bad mood about everything and everyone – and because every failure tastes better when you go through life smiling.
Maybe his long-standing marriage will run more smoothly if he is urjoyful. Maybe one can endure the current sh***y state of the world better when watching the news with a smile. Maybe he will even appreciate the red numbers in his bank account more when he reads his statement with joy. Perhaps he will feel better when he looks at some of his body parts that are just hanging around. Maybe he will find fat-free food tastes even better when he chews it joyfully. And maybe a colonoscopy will be more fun if he is urjoyful during it.
