Touching songs, clear in expression, with linguistic finesse and emotional depth – yet light-footed, sometimes almost ethereal. With a fine sense for language and a good dose of wordplay, Louisa Specht paints pictures and tells stories that linger in the mind. Her clear voice connects these with rhythmic acoustic pop arrangements, interwoven with chanson and jazz influences.
