Awakening of the Day: A Special Time at the Former Military Training Area SO Tour
The early morning is a special time at the former military training area. As the silence of the night gives way to the first bird calls and the early rays of the sun bathe the expansive landscape in a unique light, one can experience the tranquility and vastness of the former training ground in a very special way. Starting from Magolsheim, the hike leads past the Falkenhausen Tower, a witness to the long history of the area, down to the mysterious Grey Stone and along the Häseltal back over the Old Postal Road.
