"By Naked and Fog" – A cappella concert "Naked"

A natural auditory delight without frills and facades, simply naked. Behind it, there are neither a series of nude drawings nor a performance with unclothed people. On January 10th, the a cappella group Nackt from Freiburg will visit the Theater am Kastelberg on their "Hometour." "The idea of a 'Hometour' was born quite quickly," says Lane Metcalf. After a concert in his hometown Nürtingen, every band member wanted to travel their hometown with the band at least once. Soon, they managed to have their first concert in Waldkirch. With songs from the albums "Nacktaufnahmen" and "Nacktoseintoleranz," the six young gentlemen will perform, as they do every January, in the spaces of the Theater am Kastelberg. What one can expect under this name, they describe themselves as follows: Take 6 guys with a lot of fun in their heads, a little rehearsal time, and a generous portion of music. Then mix in a bit of "baba," "dudu," or "ahhhhh" and "uhhhh," and let it simmer for the creative process. Finally, garnish the voices with dreamy lyrics full of philosophical half-truths. With a mix of 4 nations, Mathis, Lane, Alex, Urban, Goldi, and Mario even have an international flair, which can also be heard in their songs here and there.
