New Year's Reception City of Calw

The New Year's reception of the city of Calw marks the festive start of the new year and invites everyone to look forward together. More than 20 clubs will present themselves and showcase impressively how diverse and vibrant social life in Calw is. This is an ideal opportunity for new residents to make contacts and get involved. However, long-time residents of Calw will also discover something new.

Official Reception in the Forum
Experience the New Year’s speech by the mayor as well as contributions from a guest speaker – be surprised, as these will be broadcast live in the auditorium. Impulses and outlooks for a successful year 2026 will be at the center of attention.

Athlete Awards
The outstanding sports achievements of Calw's athletes from the year 2025 will be honored. Their commitment, discipline, and successes deserve special recognition.

Free Parking: During the New Year's reception, the municipal parking garages can be used free of charge.
Free Shuttle Bus: A shuttle bus will operate between 10 and 11 AM and again from 1 PM between the stop at the Schaber fashion house and the auditorium.

Admission is free, and registration is not required.
