4. MERZHÄUSER BEER WALK
Once again this year, a total of 9 Merzhäuser clubs are working hard to organize an unforgettable event for and with you on the nature trail in Merzhausen.
You can expect everything you have come to know and love in recent years:
2 different routes (6 km and 8 km)
7 stations in the forest
7 different types of beer
beautiful and historically significant landscape points
The start, as tradition dictates, is possible from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the old primary school (on Waldstraße).
Please note the limited parking availability. An alternative parking area is available at the Merzhausen festival grounds (Brückenweg).
Since it was a success last year, there will again be bratwurst in a bun at the 'pump station' for everyone whose hunger can't wait until the grill hut.
At the grill hut, we will once again enjoy a cozy evening as usual. Music, all the beer varieties from the forest stations, and plenty of seating invite you to relax after the hike.
We will also fire up the grill.
Bratwurst in a bun and the legendary spit roast are simply part of this event.
A meatless alternative will be available.
We have managed for 3 consecutive years to ensure that almost no trash ended up in the forest - for that, we extend our greatest respect to all participants and at the same time urgently request that we maintain this again this year.
