We humans have been enjoying fermented beverages for unimaginably long times, which tickle our tongues with a pleasant, natural carbonation, nourish and stimulate our bodies in various ways through probiotic bacteria, and elevate our spirits during festive occasions. Unfortunately, the modern beverage industry often does this only through artificial processes and a lot of sugar. Fortunately, it is super easy to create alternatives to soda at home, thereby incurring fewer financial, health, and ecological costs.
