Thematic Tour: The Stauffenberg Assassination – A Search for Traces in Mauthausen

After the Stauffenberg assassination attempt on Hitler on July 20, 1944, at the so-called Wolf's Lair in East Prussia, there were arrests in both the German Wehrmacht and political circles throughout the German Reich. This thematic tour highlights the biographies of prominent individuals who were imprisoned in the Mauthausen concentration camp after the assassination attempt and also leads to special locations within the memorial site.
