Those responsible at the Herbsthäuser Brewery are also looking forward to the collaboration. "The folk festival is part of Bad Mergentheim and also stands for regional enjoyment. Together with our new partners, we would very much like to focus even more on this," says Managing Director Christian Wunderlich. In the run-up to the event, the folk festival beer tasting is to be reestablished and celebrated as a harbinger of the spectacle. It has already been decided that the Bad Mergentheim folk festival will have a new date: it will be moved forward to the second weekend in July and will therefore take place from July 10 to 13 in 2026. Until now, the Bad Mergentheim folk festival had taken place on the fourth weekend in July.
