Fairground Bad Mergentheim

The Bad Mergentheim Folk Festival is providing a four-day break from everyday life for the 86th time. Thrilling rides on the attractive fairground combined with a rustic festival atmosphere in the festively decorated tent. The exact program will be presented in detail by the city and the organizers in good time before the start of the festival next year. However, beloved traditions such as the closing fireworks will definitely continue. The representatives from the Herbsthausen Brewery are also looking forward to the collaboration. "The folk festival is part of Bad Mergentheim and represents regional enjoyment. We would like to emphasize this even more together with our new partners," says Managing Director Christian Wunderlich. In the lead-up to the event, the folk festival beer tasting is to be re-established and celebrated as a precursor to the spectacle. It is already clear that the Bad Mergentheim Folk Festival will have a new date: it will move to the second weekend in July and will take place from July 10 to 13, 2026. Previously, the Bad Mergentheim Folk Festival had taken place on the fourth weekend in July.
