Herrischried Mountain Bike Day and Walk in the Woods

The mountain biking and walking day invites sports enthusiasts and nature lovers alike to get active and enjoy the diverse landscape. The various routes offer suitable options for every skill level. Mountain bike participants can choose from three varied circular routes with lengths of 20, 40, or 60 kilometers. The tours lead through beautiful scenery and delight with stunning panoramic views. Whether leisurely or sporty, each route offers a unique nature experience and invites participants to actively explore the surroundings. The "Walk uff’m Wald" features diverse Nordic walking routes of approximately 5 and 8 kilometers. Without rankings and timing, the focus is not on competition but on the joy of moving in nature. Participants can start flexibly from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, allowing everyone to set their own pace and personal timing. It’s a sporty experience for all who enjoy being active in the fresh forest air. Refreshment stations will be available for participants on all offered tours, providing free drinks and small snacks such as energy bars and bananas. After returning, guests can also enjoy a variety of food and drinks in the Rotmooshalle, inviting a cozy conclusion to the event. Registrations will take place from 8 AM to 12 PM in the Rotmooshalle in Herrischried. Online registration at www.skiclub-hotzenwald.de is preferred.
