Season Start: Museums are Places of Encounter Season Start 2026 The past meets the present, the object meets its history, and people meet other people. In conversation, we recognize similarities and differences. In direct contact, we learn more about each other than through wires, radio, and monitors. In the museum, we feel connections: the real, the authentic, the unmistakable. This is how we want to enter the 2026 season – as a place of encounter: between yesterday and tomorrow, young and old, locals and guests, Badeners and Swabians, farmers and craftsmen, strollers and world explorers. From 11 a.m. Spring Awakening Together over Go: On the first day of the 2026 season, we invite you to guided tours of the grounds. At 11, 12:30, 1:30, and 3 p.m. 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Open Workshop for Families: Black Forest Boxes To kick off the new season, it’s time to put the lid on! We will build small, fine Black Forest boxes from wood.
