Sometimes, a quick reach into the spice rack is enough. Alongside this, she sheds light on the ingredients in purchased cosmetic products that could harm our environment or ourselves. Making your own products is fun, and you always know what is included. True to the motto "less is more," making cosmetics yourself brings joy and benefits us. Many herbs from the traditional orchard contain substances that can be used here. This time, we will focus on oral hygiene. After a brief introduction on the topic of "showing your teeth," we will implement 3-4 simple recipes with wild herbs related to the theme. This could be a tooth powder, toothpaste, or a tooth oil.
