Tour de Ländle with Vincent Klink—a culinary and cultural journey through Swabia

The 43rd Baden-Württemberg Literature Days will feature Vincent Klink on a culinary and cultural journey through Swabia. Vincent Klink is not only a "Swabian philosopher and creator at the stove" (Stuttgarter Zeitung), but also a great storyteller and entertainer. He has achieved fame with his restaurant Wielandshöhe in Stuttgart as well as with his television appearances and books, in which he travels the world and returns with culinary stories. Now he is devoting himself to his immediate homeland: *Mein Schwaben. Leben und Speisen im Ländle des Eigensinns* (My Swabia. Life and Food in the Land of Obstinacy). Buttenhausen, Pfullingen, Biberach, Beutelsbach, Tiefenbronn, Lauffen am Neckar, Steinheim an der Murr – it is the small towns, the rivers and valleys, the mountain ranges of the Swabian Alb and the many middle-class inns that create the background noise of this cultural landscape, which Vincent Klink sings about with great enthusiasm and his own sense of humor in his book.
