Liv Strömquist is one of the most influential comic artists of our time. Inimitably, she transfers societal discourses into the art form of the graphic novel, intertwining sociological and philosophical theories with pop culture references. She tells her stories with an infectious enthusiasm for exaggeration. Director Katrin Plötner continues her engagement with the author after two successful adaptations of Strömquist's work for the theater, now in Graz, and is creating a multi-perspective theater evening with music alongside her artistic team, promising plenty of insights and just as much fun.
