Herb educator Gyda Rupprecht demonstrates in this event series with changing content how to easily make cosmetics yourself. Sustainable, effective, and with just a few ingredients. This way, you always know what is in the product. As a herb enthusiast, Gyda Rupprecht showcases the use of herbs, fruits, and vegetables from the garden. Sometimes, a simple reach into the spice rack is enough. Alongside this, she highlights the ingredients in purchased cosmetic products that could potentially harm our environment or ourselves. Making your own cosmetics is fun, and you always know what is in the product. True to the motto "less is more." Not only purchased spices from the Far East but also our local wild herbs from the orchard enrich our dishes and make our meal plans more colorful and unique. There is also a significant side effect: they are beneficial. We will create 3 to 4 products that can enhance well-being, either externally or internally.
