The Power of Buds
In the buds, there is what is known as "embryonic tissue." This contains the entire information of the plant as well as substances that are no longer present in the "mature plant," along with the substances that are also found in its fully grown form, all in concentrated form. Furthermore, valuable plant minerals are found in the buds, which are very well absorbed by the body. It is the most precious and vibrant part of a plant that is available to us humans.
In the workshop "Gemmotherapie – the Power of Buds," I will show you:
– The different buds with their healing effects and their areas of application.
– The various ways to use them.
– How to recognize the buds so that you know exactly which bud it is when you are in nature.
– The preparation of a "gemmomacerate," which, when made correctly, provides quick and effective relief for both acute and chronic complaints.
