On Saturday, the Uferplatz will be all about wine. Between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, guest winemakers will present an exquisite selection of Austrian wines for tasting and discovery. The spring-like atmosphere will be complemented by music, providing the perfect auditory enjoyment. On Friday and Saturday starting at 6:00 PM, the culinary highlight of the day begins: the Wine Culinary Experience at the Weissen Rössl. In the stylish rooms of the gourmet restaurant "Poll’s Kaiserterrasse," top chef Hermann Poll, together with his guest chef, will create an exclusive 6-course menu. A culinary journey that celebrates the diversity and sophistication of Austrian cuisine at the highest level.
