Wild green walnuts

Are you crazy about walnuts? Then you've come to the right place. Herbalist Gyda Rupprecht will show you what green walnuts are all about and how you can use them to make delicious dishes. Walnuts are rare and very popular in orchards—and not just with the owners! Walnuts harvested and processed before St. John's Day are a special delicacy. I will present various options on this evening, and you can also bring some of your own walnuts and prepare them. This way, you can make the most of your walnuts and enjoy them yourself before "outsiders" come along!
