Wild green walnuts

Crazy about walnuts? Then you’ve come to the right place. Herbalist Gyda Rupprecht will show you what green walnuts are all about and how to prepare them in delicious ways.
Walnuts are rare and very popular in orchard meadows—and not just with the owners!
When harvested and prepared before St. John’s Day, they become a special delicacy. I’ll be presenting various options this evening, and you can even bring some of your own walnuts to process right away. This way, you’ll get even more out of your walnuts and enjoy your own nuts before “outsiders” come along!
