Wild about walnuts? Then you are in the right place. Herbal educator Gyda Rupprecht will show you what green walnuts are all about and how to process them deliciously. Walnuts are rare and very popular in the orchards – not just among the owners! Walnuts collected and processed before St. John's Day become a special delicacy. I will present various options on this evening, and you can also bring some of your own walnuts to process. This way, you can enhance your walnuts and enjoy your own nuts before "foragers" come along!
