Step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, savor moments of tranquility, and fully immerse yourself in the meadow – simply be present. Dive into nature with guided mindfulness exercises. Notice the subtle sounds of the wind, discover the variety of shapes and colors, smell the fragrance of herbs, and let your creativity come alive. This way, you can draw strength and inspiration for everyday life. Please come dressed warmly in layers and wear sturdy footwear.
