Herb Walk
During this herb walk, we will fully dedicate ourselves to nature and its precious treasures, namely wild herbs as well as shrubs and trees. I will explain to you the diverse regional herbs, how to recognize them, as well as their ingredients and possible applications. Of course, I will also provide you with tips & tricks, along with herb recipes and preparations to taste.
When: Saturday, May 2, 2026 / 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Where: Parking lot at the Nordic Center Bad Goisern (Toboggan run, Goisererhütte parking lot)
Parking: Direct parking available at the meeting point
Included: Herb booklet, herb preparations for tasting
