At this special live cooking event, you will experience firsthand how an exquisite 5-course menu is created from the finest regional and seasonal ingredients. Master chef Peter von Ribbeck cooks right before your eyes – creatively, boldly, and always with a sense for extraordinary flavor combinations. Each course is a small work of art and tells its own culinary story. Complementing this, winemaker and host Alexander Bauer opens selected wines from his own cellar, including true rarities. With exciting background information and personal moderation, he will guide you through the evening in a delightful manner. Between live cooking, fine aromas, and perfectly paired wines, you can leave everyday life behind and fully immerse yourself in the moment. The combination of a modern wine shop, first-class cuisine, and characterful wines makes this event a true highlight for connoisseurs. Included in the price are an aperitif, a greeting from the kitchen, the live cooking, a regional and seasonal 5-course menu, five paired wines, water, espresso, and the moderation of the wine tasting by Alexander Bauer. WineSleeping & WineExperiences at the Bauer Winery:
Directly at the Bauer Winery, 20 guest rooms are available in the modern, newly built guesthouse. A covered wagon ride through the vineyards at Heilbronner Staufenberg is included – along with a wine tasting. For groups of 15 or more as an exclusive tour. For small groups and individuals, joint participation with other guests is available upon request.
