At this special live cooking event, you will experience firsthand how the finest regional and seasonal ingredients are transformed into an exquisite 5-course menu. Master chef Peter von Ribbeck cooks right before your eyes – creatively, boldly, and always with a flair for extraordinary flavor combinations. Each course is a small work of art and tells its own culinary story. To accompany the meal, winemaker and host Alexander Bauer opens selected wines from his own cellar, including some real rarities. With exciting background information and personal commentary, he guides you through an enjoyable evening. Between live cooking, fine flavors, and perfectly matched wines, you can leave everyday life behind and live in the moment. The combination of a modern wine bar, first-class cuisine, and characterful wines makes this event a real highlight for connoisseurs.
