Forest bathing is a mindful nature experience in the forest, where you can find peace through breathing, movement, and awareness exercises. This guided break strengthens your body and mind, promotes relaxation, and lets you experience the forest with all your senses. Forest bathing, or SHIRIN YOKU, as the Japanese say. What sounds like a new fashion trend to many is much more than that! Forest bathing has been proven to promote our health in a lasting way. An extended stay in the forest strengthens the body, mind, and soul, resulting in a long-lasting beneficial effect. It has been scientifically proven, for example, that the forest absorbs noise, green has a calming effect in medical color therapy, and the tree canopy and evaporation ensure that the forest has a pleasant coolness and good humidity, and that wind and light intensity are lower.  During forest bathing, relaxation and mindfulness exercises are carried out under expert guidance. Movement, consciously entering into silence, and inhaling the healing substances of the trees also contribute to increasing well-being. From April to October, forest bathing is offered once a month under expert guidance: Immerse yourself in the healing atmosphere of the forest with forest healing expert Regina Huwald.
