On a hike to the Gschwendtalm (near Großraming), we encounter witnesses of long-gone days. Stones and spectacular reef limestones reveal many secrets about the formation of the landscape. A collection of typical rocks and fossils arranged by age helps us understand the geology of the Reichraminger Hintergebirge. Meeting point: Parking lot Brunnbachstadl, 4463 Großraming, Brunnbach 22 Time & Duration: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, approximately 6 hours (pure walking time about 2.5 hours, 300 meters of ascent) Ranger: Maria Laussamayer Info: Tour for those interested in geology.
