Who is singing there? - Bird Songs Made Easy

At the beginning of May, most migratory birds from the south have returned to us. Especially the males are now making their presence known loudly - they mark their territories and court a mate. The variety of voices can be quite confusing during this time. On this tour at Hengstpass, we want to find out which bird species are on the move.

Difficulty: Easy
We will hike from the meeting point at the Zickerreith parking lot at Hengstpass towards Dörflmoaralm.

Equipment: Weatherproof clothing, hiking shoes, snack and drink, binoculars
7:30 AM to 1 PM (leisurely hike, pure walking time about 3 hours)
Minimum age 12 years

Requirements: The guided tours on fixed dates are reserved for private individuals. Groups of 10 or more, companies, schools, or other organizations are requested to contact the respective visitor center.
