We are in the year 2004 AD. The self-convinced President Siegi Stulti wants to expand his power and make a lot of money through deals. The Kask twins are supposed to help him with that. However, Kira and Miri Kask have their own interests, especially since they discover a previously hidden planet. Paul Plumbe, on the other hand, a former general, has to organize gold-plated toilet paper in the president's restrooms. Will Paul Plumbe seek revenge for this humiliation?
