Bonding Games Workshop

Children naturally process stress, fears, and challenges through play. Often, they intuitively invite us to join in, strengthening bonds and easing daily life. Bonding games promote closeness, relief, and healing – and help avoid power struggles by allowing parents to recognize and accept their children's playful invitations. In this workshop, you will learn mindful ways to set loving boundaries, completely without punishment or rewards. Shared laughter in play connects and relaxes everyone involved.

Supplemented by the fundamentals of conscious parenting and many practical examples, we will delve into everyday challenges – from changing diapers to homework. You will take home new ideas, valuable knowledge, and a sense of ease. Fun is guaranteed!
