Children's Yoga, Course Start

Children's yoga is the perfect balance to everyday life. This yoga group is aimed at children aged 6 to 11 years. If there is prior yoga knowledge, that's great, but it's not a requirement. The sessions are designed to be age-appropriate and provide the children with a lot of joy in this different form of movement. In addition to the asanas, the sessions also include fun yoga games, imaginative journeys, and breathing exercises. So, fun is guaranteed.
What to bring: Yoga mat/soft surface, blanket, cushion, comfortable clothing, water bottle
