Under guidance, you can consciously experience the elements and their inhabitants in nature with all your senses. On this morning in the forest, you will learn to meditate, bathe in the forest, and experience the forest. At the end, you can create a tree mandala from clay and natural materials and enjoy a delicious forest tea with the group.
