More safety, control, and riding fun. In the Basic Course, you will learn all the important fundamentals for biking off-road. Whether you are a beginner or returning to the sport, we will show you how to control your MTB, brake efficiently, and master technical sections. E-MTB Riding Technique Basic – Safe and Fun through the Stromberg-Heuchelberg Nature Park. This beginner course teaches you how to optimally use the motor assistance of your e-mountain bike and navigate the terrain confidently. You will learn fundamental riding techniques that provide you with more stability, control, and enjoyment on narrow paths and varied trails.

What can you expect in the E-MTB training? In the course, we will teach you step by step the most important basics for safe riding off-road. This includes:

- Vision and Balance: Standing stable on the bike, maintaining balance, and using your gaze correctly.
- Cornering Technique: Riding safely through tight and wide corners, braking and accelerating smoothly.
- Efficient Use of Motor Assistance: Mastering steep sections while conserving energy and riding uphill in a controlled manner.
- Trail Basics: Overcoming obstacles, safely navigating descents, and finding a good line.

Training Location: The practice will take place on varied paths in the forest above the vineyards – an ideal terrain with many narrow trails that are perfect for practical riding technique training. The coaching will be conducted by experienced, local MTB guides with professional training.

Schedule for the Training Day:
- Start: approx. 10:00 AM
- Bike & Safety Check
- Casual warm-up in the terrain
- Riding technique sessions on suitable trails
- Closing round with a brief analysis and technique discussion
- End: approx. 3:00 PM

- Full-day E-MTB riding technique training
- Instruction by certified MTB trainers
- First aid and breakdown support
- Online photo album as a keepsake of your experience
- Bike check including seating position assessment and suspension setup
